Artocarpus tonkinensis,  a tree growing in Southeast Asia, has been traditionally used in
the folk medicine to treat backache, rheumatism and autoimmune diseases.  Artocarpus
plant extracts contain different constituents like polyphenols (oxyresveratrol), benzofurane
(artotonkin), triterpenes and flavonoids, which have been shown to have  
immunosuppressive activity.

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dissolved in water (two  
to three times daily), or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Sensitive individuals may
want to take with food.
